### Is TechAngels a fund?

No. TechAngels is an association of individual angel investors. There is no pooled vehicle and no capital call; every member invests their own money, deal by deal, at their own discretion.

### How much do members typically invest?

Reported average tickets have been in the €10,000–20,000 range per member per deal, with group rounds between €10,000 and €200,000. You control your own pace and sizing.

### Do I have to invest in every deal?

No. Deal flow is an opportunity, not an obligation. Members are expected to engage actively with the community, not to invest in any specific startup.

### I've never invested in startups before. Can I join?

Yes, if you bring relevant experience (as a founder, executive or professional) and capital you can afford to put at risk. Angel education sessions and syndication with experienced members are designed exactly for the first-timers.

### What does membership cost?

There is an annual membership fee that funds the association's operations. Current terms are shared during the joining process.
